Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 days of being placed. Processing covers payment confirmation, picking and packing your bundle, and handing the parcel to the carrier.

Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 4–10 working days. Processing time and delivery time are separate: total time from order to doorstep is normally the 3-day processing window plus the 4–10 working day delivery window.

Free standard shipping applies to all orders and all bundles — one pair, 3-Pack, and 5-Pack.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and tracking details once your parcel leaves our facility. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

Occasionally, delivery takes longer than expected due to carrier backlogs, weather, public holidays or peak-season volume. These delays are outside our control, but if your order is significantly overdue, contact us and we'll investigate and make it right.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before processing begins. Once shipped, an incorrect address may cause the parcel to be returned or lost, and additional shipping may be required to resend.

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel isn't with you, check with neighbours and your building's mail area first, then contact us. For parcels confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
