Cancellation Policy

If your order hasn't entered processing yet, we can cancel it in full and refund you. Email contact@aquralis.com as soon as possible with your order number and the subject line "Cancel order".

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 days. Once picking and packing has started, we may no longer be able to stop the order. If we can't cancel in time, your order will ship as normal and you're still fully covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Shipped orders cannot be cancelled or intercepted. Instead, request a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee — no return is required.

Need to change a colour, size or address? Email us right away. Before processing we can usually update your order; after that we'll do our best, but changes may not be possible.

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take several business days to appear.
