Refund & Returns Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. The guarantee applies to orders placed directly through the Aquralis store.

For hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot be resold, so we don't ask you to return them. Once your refund is approved, the product is yours to keep, pass on or discard.

Common reasons we approve refunds include:

• The fit or feel isn't right for you
• The product didn't meet your expectations
• You changed your mind within the 30-day window
• The item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete

Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

If you received the wrong colour, wrong size or an incomplete bundle, contact support with your order number and we'll ship the correct items at no cost, or refund the affected portion of your order.

Orders can be cancelled before they enter processing. See our Cancellation Policy for details on timing and what happens once an order has shipped.

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, or delivery is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We process refunds promptly after approval; your bank or card issuer may take several business days to post the funds to your account. Refunds include any shipping charges paid.

The guarantee is intended for genuine customers trying FlowSocks in good faith. We reserve the right to decline requests that show clear signs of abuse, such as repeated refunded orders from the same customer or fraudulent claims.
